The group arrives in Dorwood, the old home of Eressil's mom. They make their way to the market to pawn off some of the items they looted that were no longer important. Also stocking up on other material components they will need going forward. They make their way around town, visiting a potion shop, MacDorn's Brews and Shrews.
Brew MacDorn
Insert
Potion Master of MacDorn's Brews and Shrews
Priest of the Church of Fara Caimon
There, they meet an elderly elven woman, ancient in age, and carefree in nature. Asking her if she has anything that could help their friend, Rhone. After investigating, she tells them that he seems to be stuck in a coma-like state. His mind is keeping him like this, as a means of protecting him. Ilea starts to emulate what the elderly woman has done, and when doing so, she sees a vision of Rhone standing before a being wreathed in brilliant golden light. Rhone's lips are moving, but she cannot make out the words. They appear to be in calm conversation. When she explains this to everyone, the elderly woman is startled, and asks Ilea "How strong is your magic?" insinuating that Ilea is more powerful than she. After buying some positions, they find out they could ask around at the Church of Fara Caimon, Goddess of the Wilderness.
They make their way to the Church's temple, meeting an elf named Insert, a Priest of the Church. He seems to know Juniper, Eressil's mother, but has a distinct disdain for her and Eressil. Something she had done in the past has upset many of those within the church, if not the city.
After finding Insert to be of no help other than his comment about the senses being the keys to your memories, Eressil, turns into her Wolf form and focuses on the smells. Hoping they will bring back the memories of her childhood, when she spent time here. Something triggers and she starts to follow her memories, until she arrives at home. This home looked overrun with plants at first, but upon a closer look, you could see how the weeds and vines themselves, wrapped around the petrified wood acting as stability and a part of the foundation of the building itself. As they enter the home, they start investigating. They find some old perfume's that belong to Juniper as well as a secret passageway that leads to a set of stairs running going down into the earth. At the bottom, there is a long passageway until finally a set a wooden stairs that make their way up. The wooden of the stairs, walls included, seems to have been made of all one piece.
